Posted - Jan 14 2019 : 06:21:25 AM I made the Chicken with Butternut Squash recipe from MaryJane's Cast Iron Cookbook last night. It is on page 58. It was really good. I just wish I had doubled the recipe. My family gobbled it all up. No leftovers for lunch.

Dianna, I think it would be perfect for Whole30. The main ingredients are Chicken and Butternut Squash. I used a little bit of olive oil and I didn't make the Honey Mustard sauce. Even without the sauce, it was really good. The juices from the chicken cook into the squash to make it extra yummy.
If you don't have the book, buy it. There are so many good recipes in there. (Jumps off my soapbox)
