I have started cleaning out my cupboards. Getting rid of the things that I no longer use or want. It is amazing the number of items that you think you want or need and once you get them, you never use them. HMMMMMMMM. I want my kitchen to be completely organized. I'm really feeling good about all this cleaning.

I see things that I think I will use and when I get them they sit in the cupboard taking up space. I dug out items I forgot I had. I am giving a lot of these items to the thrift shop. Many of them are still in the boxes. Someone might want to purchase them as Christmas gifts. Some of the stuff I am going to sell on-line.

Lori, when I retired a few years ago, I did the same thing you are doing and I am so pleased at how much better my kitchen is organized! It is amazing how we collect duplicates and other things that just take up space because we don't have any use for them. Good luck and let us know how it feels when you are done!!

I know what you mean Lori! I keep needing to downsize my pantry and my kitchen. I have too much that does not get used.
