Posted - Feb 28 2007 : 05:12:42 AM Thanks Jenny and Julie. I guess I won't freeze it then. I am just glad eveyone finally liked it. I don't care for cottage cheese, but maybe I should try it again, my homemade stuff. Michele |

Posted - Feb 27 2007 : 8:40:46 PM I freeze my homemade cottage cheese, but after that I only like it used in lasagna or like that..not with tomatoes...my favorite food...the combination I mean. So..it can be done, but it isn't the same afterwards.
