Has anyone done it? I thought I had seen it mentioned once, but just wondering how it turns out. I finally made a batch that everyone liked here, so just wondering if it can be frozen. Michele

Thanks Jenny and Julie. I guess I won't freeze it then. I am just glad eveyone finally liked it. I don't care for cottage cheese, but maybe I should try it again, my homemade stuff.

I freeze my homemade cottage cheese, but after that I only like it used in lasagna or like that..not with tomatoes...my favorite food...the combination I mean. So..it can be done, but it isn't the same afterwards.
