Ingredients- 1 tbsp olive oil 1 small yellow onion, diced 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 - 15 oz. cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup Dr Pepper, divided 1/3 cup molasses 2 tsp ground mustard powder 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 1/4 scant salt dash of black pepper
Instructions- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add oil to a large pot and heat on medium heat, add in diced onions and garlic powder. Cook until soft, about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in beans and ½ cup Dr Pepper, stir and simmer for about 6 to 7 minutes. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for another 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer beans to an oven safe dish and bake for 20 minutes.

My Hubby is a pepperholic. When I was reading the title of this post just now Hubby was walking by and I read it out loud. He is very interested. I will have to try this surely.
