Hi girls -
Just came across this AWESOME chart of "Weights and Approximate Processed Yields of Common Fruits and Vegetables" at the pickyourown.com website:

The page also includes a chart of "Volumes and Conversions," as well as a chart with the "Weight Per Bushel for Common Fruits and Vegetables."
I was just so thrilled to find it, and thought you might like to see it, too. :)

Oh, I'm so glad you girls like it! You are SO welcome!!!
I have to tell you - I think it's pretty accurate. I canned a little over 3/4 of a bushel of peaches today and ended up with 15 quarts! Not bad!
