Has anyone made dumplings with the gluten free budget mix? DO they stay together while cooking? I have had a lot of gluten free foods fall apart when cooked in liquid. Thanks

Now, THAT's what we can make with our gluten free budget mix? I do remember seeing that recipe! Thanks, Ashley and Christy! We love chicken and dumplings. I'll let you know how mine turns out.

A few years ago, we published this recipe http://www.raisingjane.org/journal/22534 I remember it being tasty. The dumplings hold together, but if I remember right, some of the batter worked to thicken the soup while the dumplings cooked.
