I am one of those that takes a loooooong time to try something new! So, I ordered MaryJane's ChillOver powder quite a while ago. I've wanted to substituted it for the Knox gel powder called for in a fave recipe. I risked it for Thanksgiving family get-together! My Shrimp Mousse turned out perfect!! Thank you, Mary Jane! I'll be using this in my recipes from now on!

Denise, once you try the ChillOver powder, you will see how easy it is to use and adapt to other recipes. It also is my favorite for all fruit jams and jellies because you can use less sugar and the fruit taste comes through stronger.

Do you find you use a lot of the Chill Over powder? Where do you find recipes for its use?
