I found this on Facebook and wanted to share.
This looks like a fun project with kids! Instead of making a Gingerbread House this year...why not create a Veggie House? This is a great way to get the kids to snack on something healthy for Christmas!:) Awesome idea from Green Giant

Posted - Nov 03 2015 : 03:52:43 AM I absolutely LOVE this idea, and hope to do it this year.. Though I am one of the odd, but I guess lucky, parents, in that I will really have to keep aneye on the "building supplies" as my kiddos LOVEtheir veggies. We get a boxof fresh fresh veggies delivered to our door each week, and every time I am telling them to get out of it, that I need the veggies for dinners that week! My garden has to be fenced... Not to keep critters out, but rather my children! My two year old "stole" a serrano pepper off the plant and ate it the other day... I am hoping that means my other pepper plants are safe for now ;)
