What's the secret? I'm been working at cleaning seeds from 1 acorn squash and it's still not done. I have 2 pie pumpkins that I will be cooking in the coming weeks, and want to save their seeds. I need help before I tackle them.

I just rinse them off and set them out to dry. Spread them in a single layer because they will easily mold. I don't even clean them all the time before roasting them.
