We picked up a bushel of apples yesterday and they are yummy ... I can't find a good apple jelly recipe in my books though. (I have sauce and butter) So, if any of you have one would you mind posting it?

Thanks so much

Holly

yes I did. I found a recipe online for regular jelly and when I looked for a pepper one it was basically regular jelly with pepper added and a little vinegar (red pepper). Tasted good when I was making it......

Holly - it sounds like you made quick work of those apples even without a jelly recipe - did I read that you made pepper/apple jelly? Yum!!!!!

XOXO, Libbie
