My meyer lemons and my yellow grapefruits are just about ripe. Last year I made marmalade and ended up with syrup!!! This year I want to make jelly instead- seems easier and less time consuming (also yummier- I'm not big on marmalade). Any ideas, recipes or success with making jelly from citrus products?
