Posted - May 12 2015 : 06:15:10 AM Good morning and happy breakfasting! Are you an eggs on the top or an eggs on the side person? I was an eggs on the side person until I got married and then hubby converted me. ;)

Posted - May 30 2015 : 12:09:24 PM I'm an eggs on the side kind of girl, myself. My guys could care less - as long as the eggs are there, and there is toast for soaking up the yokes, they're happy! :)

Posted - May 13 2015 : 08:45:37 AM I just had breakfast and you guys are making me hungry again. I love eggs. Any way. Grew up with them fresh from the hen, yum! Up north we don't have grits but hash browned potatoes and bacon sound yummy. Now I know what to fix for lunch!

Posted - May 13 2015 : 05:26:32 AM I can go either way as I just love eggs in the morning with other sides like grits, potatoes, and bacon or sausage. My only criteria is that I like eggs cooked well and not too runny. Amy , that egg on toast is making my mouth water!

Posted - May 12 2015 : 08:01:14 AM I like them anyway but lately I am trying just eggs. I am reducing some calories and some carbs from my life and fired eggs without toast is almost as good as with. I do miss dipping my toast in the runny yolk but I know a little less weight is better for me. So... Eggs alone is my current preference.

Posted - May 12 2015 : 07:11:04 AM Yum to all the above. We called our breakfast eggs in the hole I think. I think you boys would enjoy doing this. You could use a cast iron skillet on the stove if you wanted...or use a cookie cutter to make the hole. I've got a picture somewhere that I may be able to post.

Posted - May 12 2015 : 06:19:49 AM In Girl Scouts we would fry bacon on a large coffee can, tear a hole in our bread and place it on top of the bacon still on the heated can and Crack an egg in the center to fry it. Yummmmmy!
