Hey all....so I've been on a hunt looking for different starters. I was wondering if anyone uses a specific sweet dough starter to make sourdough sweet breads? I've been looking at Amish Friendship bread starter as an option but it looks like its only usable every 10 days. I tried making sourdough cinnamon rolls out of my regular sourdough starter made from Wheat Montana Prarie Gold flour and converted an old sweet dough recipe that usually uses activated yeast and it turned out pretty stiff and dry.

Thanks,

Leanne
