I have a bowl of chicken skin which I do not want to throw away. Does anyone know if it could be made into broth or fat? I do not have farm animals to feed and do not want to give it to my dog . . . maybe. Any ideas would be welcome.

You can cook it to use for broth but I would skim the fat off. Would make good stock for soup.
