Hi girls -

I don't remember if I posted this before, but it's just soooo good, I can't take the chance that I didn't! LOL!

If you love Philly Cheesesteak, this is EXACTLY like the real thing...

This guy absolutely knows what he's talkin' about. Follow the recipe exactly, as he says, and you will NOT be disappointed. We use shaved steak from our butcher and it is so juicy and cheesy and tasty... oh my gosh... I'm not a big meat eater, but this always has me fighting the guys for the last serving in the pan! LOL!

Enjoy!

I'm slobbering over the thought of both!

Do I ever get Primanti's?! Are you KIDDING me?! LOL! I LOVE Primanti's! There's nothing like it! As a matter of fact, last weekend we were out and about running errands and I swerved off course and headed to the one in North Versailles... The guys were so surprised - what a treat! As usual, I loaded it down with more ketchup than necessary and made a slobbering mess, but, hey - I was happy! :) It's definitely not a neat sandwich, no matter how you eat it! LOL! AWESOME!

Only thing is... they don't do the shaved steak anymore.. Now it's more of a meatloaf-style pan fried patty...It's good, but definitely not shaved steak!

LOL! I was just telling Charlie you asked... He said mine is better (meaning the recipe above)! LOL! Coming from a Primanti's fan, that's a HUGE compliment! :)

Hugs -

Do you ever get the Primanti sandwich, being that you are so close??
