Posted - Dec 15 2013 : 07:53:16 AM I am working on an idea for my cookbook. (hope I can publish it someday!!!) I plan to use Dandelion greens, Kale, and Spinach for sure. Along with some herbs. I was considering adding some shredded zucchini and chopped tomatillo (for some zing!)... What do you think?? Of course, it will also have garlic, onion, etc... Chicken broth based, likely.

Posted - Dec 15 2013 : 10:23:16 AM Mmm... sounds interesting, Alicia! I would try it!
I had to laugh - when I read the title of your post, I immediately thought of my Dad's spicy pea soup... It was mean and green all right! SO yummy, too! :)
Let us know what you come up with! I would love to give it a try!
Good luck with your cookbook!
