I am working on an idea for my cookbook. (hope I can publish it someday!!!) I plan to use Dandelion greens, Kale, and Spinach for sure. Along with some herbs. I was considering adding some shredded zucchini and chopped tomatillo (for some zing!)... What do you think?? Of course, it will also have garlic, onion, etc... Chicken broth based, likely.

Mmm... sounds interesting, Alicia! I would try it!

I had to laugh - when I read the title of your post, I immediately thought of my Dad's spicy pea soup... It was mean and green all right! SO yummy, too! :)

Let us know what you come up with! I would love to give it a try!

Good luck with your cookbook!

Hugs -

Nini
