Has anyone every made vinegar from apple cider?
We recently bought a jug from a local orchard which has this FANTASTIC fresh cider. Our second jug is starting to turn, and instead of getting rid of the wonderful treasure, we'd like to take advantage of nature's cycle and make our own vinegar.

Hi Ann,
I have never made apple cider vinegar from apple cider, but I would imagine that it is totally possible. Do you have your own recipe for making apple cider from apples? If not, maybe you could try this one and tweak it for apple cider?
