Has anyone ever tried this? I would think this would be very similar to roasting pumpkin seeds.

I like 'em better than pumpkin seeds! Try sprinkling some cajun seasoning on them. They taste great on a spinach salad too.
A ship is always safe in its harbor, but that is not what a ship is for.

I've never tried it, but I agree - I think it would be similar to pumpkin and they're delicious! I'd try it too.
