I can't thank our Farm Girls enough for sharing recipes. I have made the pumpkin butter using the Baking Spices. What a difference in taste. It's called the WOW factor. I'm making more batches. My family this weekend ate an entire jar. Begging me to take some home with them. So more is needed. I like to give the jars as gifts.
Keep on sharing....

I do both: can the pumpkin butter in half pint regular jars in a pressure canner, and, freeze. The Baking Spices were submitted by Sharon, Calicogirl. It's worth making. I'm on my third batch. I'm using it anytime a recipe asks for a pumpkin pie spice blend. It's just better. It made a difference with the pumpkin butter.
I did test a batch I canned using these jars. Inside temp was 260º so I feel safe doing this canning. I can't speak for anyone else.

Which thread is the recipe for the Baking spice on? How do you store your pumpkin butter? Freeze or can? If canning do you do process in pressure cooker or water bath?

The Baking Spices you are using did you make them from scratch? The pumpkin butter sounds delicious ~

Hey Sylvia,

The first time I used the Baking Spice it made a huge difference. I use it in quick breads and my Honey-Pumpkin Pie recipe too. I'm glad you like it :) Oh, and pumpkin pancakes too!
