This year, our DD, Princess, grew these amazing golden yellow heirloom tomatoes. We are going to try to make them into some homemade ketchup (look up Jamie Oliver's ketchup recipe - he makes his in all kinds of colors because he uses heirloom tomatoes).

So here's my question:
I can NOT find a recipe that does NOT have cinnamon. Princess has cinnamon issues, so it seems kind of mean to make ketchup from her lovely tomatoes that she can't even eat.

Anyone have a recipe, or some ideas?

Thanks, Michele! So I looked up on ehow about cinnamon substitutes, and they suggested doubling the allspice. I think I'll just do 1 1/2 to start.
Here's the original ketchup recipe we're going to use:

Don't use the cinnamon?? That is what I would do. Or make some without cinnamon, and make those jars.
Sorry no other ideas.
