Has anyone made Elderberry Syrup or Jelly using dried Elderberries? I am looking for a recipe to can or if someone can give me a ratio of water to dried elderberries. Thanks ladies!

Um... Off the top of my head, I want to say about a quarter to half a cup of dried elderberries to two cups water, but I could be wrong.
I usually make this for us during the chilly months: http://ecosnobberysucks.com/2011/02/treating-the-cold-and-flu-naturally/
