I am looking for a good refridgerator pickle recipe. The one I have kinda taste too strong and maybe too sweet.I remember my mom making these pickles when I was young but she does not remember how she did it. They were so good. She didn't have to boil the ingredients either from what she can remember.

The recipe I have is this one but its kinda strong. If you have a recipe you really like I would love to try it. Thanks in advance.

Homemade Refridgerator Pickles

1 cup sliced Green Bell Peppers
Prep Time: 20 min.
Cook Time: 10 min.
Ready in: 30 min.

1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring vinegar, salt and sugar to a boil.
2. Boil until the sugar has dissolved, about 10 minutes.
3. Place the Cucumbers Onions, and Green Bell Peppers in a large bowl. Pour the Vinegar mixture over the vegetables.

I make mine with a simple brine of vinegar and water with a little dried minced onion and some dill. Can't think of the proportions off the top of my head, but I'm thinking it's 3 parts water to 1 part vinegar. Onion and dill are to your taste.
