I finally broke down and bought a bag of those EXPENSIVE kale chips from the store and they were pretty good. So I decided to try the recipe in MJF's current issue. I've made plain kale chips--with a little olive oil and salt--but these really pack a lot of flavor and crunch. So they should be ready sometime tomorrow. Hope they turn out good.
