Happy 4th
I have never posted before but you all seem like a good group to ask some pickle questions. If these have been asked before just direct me where to look -

I have been trying to make little sweet pickles but with my plants I can only pick 20-30 a day that are the right size. Can I pickle them and keep them in the refrigerator several days until I have enough to process? I also wanted to make a big batch of the pickling solution and only use what I needed each day and keep the rest in the refrig.

I guess I would put all the batches together, reheat and process when I have a canner's worth - do you think that would work?
Thanks for any help you can give me.
Becky

YES! to all I like to put my pickles in a liming solution in the refrigerator until I have enough to make a good size batch, Rinse well and if you brine with a hot brine If I have refrigerated the remainder from a early batch and then reheat the brine and go for it.

Then process the Ball caning jar way.
