Anyone that knows me well knows my favorite hobby besides knitting is making jam. Well this year I tried dandelion jelly and it is now my most favorite! Posted about it and the recipe on my blog, if you'd like to take a peek.

My daughter's bff and her mom and brother were over Saturday. I opened a jar and they loved it. I love people's reaction to it. Everyone loves it. I'm so glad I tried it this year! :)

I made dandelion jelly for the first time this year.
Everyone is surprised when I tell them, but they taste it

Let me know how you like it, Kris. I opened a jar at my sisterhood brunch this Saturday, it was a hit. I love it. I think it's my favorite flavor of all.

I love dandelion jelly. I've been making it for market and selling it. People love it. Also been taking the greens for salads or smoothies or whatever you use greens for, and the flowers for tea. I love the jelly. And people are amazed at how good it tastes. Because most of them can't believe that good jelly came from a weed! I'll have to try your recipe because mine is different. I use the liquid pectin.
