Posted - May 20 2013 : 06:37:52 AM Anyone that knows me well knows my favorite hobby besides knitting is making jam. Well this year I tried dandelion jelly and it is now my most favorite! Posted about it and the recipe on my blog, if you'd like to take a peek.

Posted - May 22 2013 : 09:46:51 AM I love dandelion jelly. I've been making it for market and selling it. People love it. Also been taking the greens for salads or smoothies or whatever you use greens for, and the flowers for tea. I love the jelly. And people are amazed at how good it tastes. Because most of them can't believe that good jelly came from a weed! I'll have to try your recipe because mine is different. I use the liquid pectin.
