Hi, Back in the mid seventies, I bought my first cook book titled, Laurel's Kitchen Recipes. Written by, Laurel Robertson, Carol Flinders, and Brian Ruppenthal. So I picked up another copy and thought of trying a few dishes. Would be great if others would like to post their favorite recipes from this book or other vintage, first cook book purchased...etc. Since it is spring, and summers bounty soon to follow, some wholesome vegetarian home cooked dishes planned from an old favorite, is long overdue.
Here is a suggested meal for a Spring dinner
Spinach Crepes
Green salad with Orange-Parsley Dressing
Fresh raspberries and yogurt

Don't let yesterday use up too much of today. Cherokee Proverb
