We tried a recipe from Vegetarian Times (Apr/May 2013) last night. I mixed them up in the morning when I had a little energy. DH said they were good and I could make them again. Just not real often..so as not to get tired of them. They are called "Now or Later Vegan Burgers". I loved knowing exactly what was in them. It's difficult to cook for DH. He decided to stop eating meat (except white chicken/turkey) about 20 yrs. ago. Now, he hardly eats that. Yes, I do believe in miracles..when he likes something I fix. Anyway, this recipe should work great as we are invited to a graduation picnic in a couple of weeks. Yee-ha!
