Strawberry freezer jam is my second favorite, behind strawberry rhubarb.
Got some chicken in quarts dancing in the pressure canner this afternoon.
How did I ever live without this amazing contraption!
Looking forward to doing some venison and elk we bartered from friends, as well as some ground beef, chili made from chuck roast, and more. Truthfully, if I can't be out playing in the dirt, this is the next best thing.

Strawberry freezer jam is the hit of my house. My hubby even puts it on his ice cream.
