I have always loved cooking with cast iron but the recipe for Pineapple Upside-down Cake in the current MJF magazine is farmgirl culinary heaven!!!!

I made one tonight and it was gone within five minutes!!!

What a wonderful recipe, thank you again MaryJane for sharing another wonderful cast iron recipe!!!!!

Now if you have not made this recipe yet, go for it!!!

I am looking forward to making the recipe. I'm sure it will be gone in 5 minutes at my house, too.

One of the best compliments from one of my daughters: "Moma, you smell good...like dirt."
