I recently saw this in a magazine and wanted to pass it on. To make bread dough rise faster, heat up one of those bed buddy hot/cold thingies in the microwave. Then wrap it around the bowl with the bread. haven't tried it yet but it sounds like a good idea.

:) I think someone on here gave me this idea, but since it is so cold in our house in the winter, my bread won't rise nicely-- so now I set the rising dough on the dryer and dry a load of laundry. Works wonderfully!

I like that idea. I have also seen something called a bread cozy that is suppose to do that too.
