Years ago my Aunt would make her own fondant using her fresh jersey cream but me being a brat wouldn't stand still long enough to learn the secrets. This brat now is trying to find a recipe to make chocolates but not using the store bought fondant. I would love a recipe if someone could help

I make alot of my own candy at christmas, toffee, bon-bons, chocolate covered cherries ..... I'll dig out the recipes and send them to you.
