Hey all you ginger lovers out there, made this yesterday, DH and I both LOVED it. This is one of those recipes you can have fun and experiment with to your own taste. I added a vanilla bean, cardamom, tsp whole cloves and tsp peppercorns instead of ceyenne pepper to mine and steeped all afternoon then made the drinks in the evening. I used organic turbinado sugar and made a double batch with extra lemon & lime juice for tartness. If you don't like ginger you could easily sub frozen/dried berries, apple juice with cinnamon/fall spices or your favorite flavored tea.
