I saw a recipe for Apple pie Sugar in a very expensive cookbook some time ago. I thought I could find it on the internet but I haven't had any luck. The recipe called for dried apple peels that were ground into a powder with spices added. I am sure I can figure this one out on my own but I wanted to see if anybody has the recipe before I begin. This sugar would be great on oatmeal, waffles, toast, etc.
Thanks!
