Posted - Oct 14 2012 : 06:38:30 AM Just read an article in a magazine showing step-by-step how to make candied citrus peel. I am so inspired! Sounds like fun and a nice gift to go with my gift jams at the holidays. Does anyone know how long the candied peel stays fresh for after its made? I'm wondering how far ahead I can make it.
