I love collards greens. When I was growing up, my Mom cooked that often. So good!!

A friend of mine uses BT to spray on their gardens. It's organic. I am going to have to get some because the bugs have totally wiped out my North garden with greens and field peas. I let the sheep out in it a few weeks ago and they have just about eaten everything out there! And the chickens were out there too. So hopefully they are all full on big fat juicy bugs!

I am going to try this with kale too, Nini. I will be getting some big enough by the end of the week. It's raining again here! I like rain during the week, but please not on Saturday morning.

Our collards were bug eaten this year. Does any one have ideas to keep them off next season?

I will be checking that recipe out. I try to include greens in our diet.

Mmmmmm... that looks delicious, Kris! I'm definitely going to have to try the collards! We've had an abundance of kale and I've been making it the same way. Yum! Thank you for sharing! Hugs - Nini
