NO WAY! That's AWESOME, Peg! You know, I've been to our Lowe's several time looking for canning jars, and last time I went I inquired as to where they might be. I was promptly informed that they don't stock them at our local store! I couldn't believe it!

For those of you with Big Lots in your area, ours here carries the Kerr brand jars for $8.88 year round. All you have to do is ask if you don't find them out on the sales floor. I know our local store usually keeps them in stock because a local restaurant uses them for their house brand of pasta sauce they sell in-house. I'm not sure you'll be able to find them in your area like we do, but it's worth a shot to ask.

Thanks for letting us know, Peg! I'll have to see if the Lowe's out by my sister-in-law has them for half-price, too! That's a deal too good to pass up!

Hugs -

Nini
