I have searched through about 50 cookbooks tonight looking for a recipe for apple cookie bars. So far no luck, but found a lot of other neat recipes I will have to try to get out of my rut!
Anyone have one that is tried-and-true?

With all of the apples available this time of year, I sure wish I had a recipe for apple bars, as well! Sorry I don't have one to share, but they DO sound good!!!
