Hi Ladies! I have several roosters in the freezer and I want to start cooking them. Although they were young roosters, they did free range. How do you cook chickens like this? I have always heard long time slow cooking is the best. What about in a pressure cooker? Please include recipes or list of ingredients with your suggestions.

I've never cooked a rooster, but I out my free-range chickens in the roaster and slow roast them.

I'll be interested in what others have done for roosters. Do they taste the same as the chickens?
