I want to render it into lard but there are so many ways to store it do not what to do please help how should I store it????

Just take out of the freezer and either let it sit out if you need it soon or put in the fridge. I keep mine in the fridge after I open it. I guess it can be pressure canned so you can just keep it in the pantry. I have never done that. Just froze it.

I render lard and let it cool in the jars then put in the freezer til I need it.
