I need a recipe for gluten and yeast free noodles. Our family has always delighted in homemade chicken noodle soup. My sister was told recently that she needs to be gluten and yeast free. She is grieving the chicken noodle soup. I hope to give her a recipe-gift.

I think it's a hard question! Noodles are usually yeast free, though yeast is on everything. I bought homemade gluten free noodles at the farmers market for a friend. They were frozen. I moved and I don't know the name if the seller.
Good luck!
