Help! Any suggestion on preserving cherry tomatoes. I canned 7 qts with whole tomatoes, salt and basil, but still have loads left. I give them to friends, but most have their own. Also, no freezer space.

You can make bread with them. I did that one year. I love them in a greek spaghetti squash dish too. I think the recipe is on allrecipes.

You can bring them to a local Nursing Home or Assisted Living place. I've done that.
