I want to find a very easy no raise or only raise once bread I can try in my solar cooker. It has over 100 degrees for days here and I got to thinking I should be using the sun's energy. I would like a basic white and a basic whole grain or whole wheat bread. I have made very little bread in my married life because I am celiac and can't eat bread. My granddaughter is coming and would like her to experience making bread.

Master recipe here: http://www.artisanbreadinfive.com/2010/02/09/back-to-basics-tips-and-techniques-to-create-a-great-loaf-in-5-minutes-a-day
