Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do with soured raw milk?
I have a whole gallon that is just starting to sour and at $7.50 a gal I really don't want to waste it. I stuck it in the freezer until I can figure out what to do with it.
Thanks
Liz

Pancakes, biscuits, bread, anything that requires milk in the recipe.

I use sour milk for baking in many recipes that call for buttermilk. Of course, you have to be watchful of the "condition" of the sour milk.
