FieldsofThyme	Posted - Jun 19 2012 : 03:59:04 AM I tried a recipe at Allrecipes (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/mashed-kohlrabi-and-red-potato-bake/) for this baked dish topped with mozzarella cheese. Yum. It's basically similar to my mashed potatoes with potato/turnips/garlic dish. If I made it again, I would skip the baking part and simply mix in some cheese or leave it out. We've never had garlic scapes before. Yum.
