I tried a recipe at Allrecipes (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/mashed-kohlrabi-and-red-potato-bake/) for this baked dish topped with mozzarella cheese. Yum. It's basically similar to my mashed potatoes with potato/turnips/garlic dish.

If I made it again, I would skip the baking part and simply mix in some cheese or leave it out.

We've never had garlic scapes before. Yum.

Thanks for posting the recipe! We have an abundance of kohlrabi this year. I usually make potato and kohlrabi soup, which is really good too. I'll have to give this recipe a try!
