Posted - Jun 07 2012 : 08:17:16 AM I am canning for first time. Does anyone use Chill Over in their recipes? Any advice and recipes for strawberries (or other berries), or any other canning advice is much appreciated. Thanks, Jan, from Almost Heaven, WV |

Posted - Jun 12 2012 : 07:55:55 AM Thanks Alee. The jam came out fine. I substituted blueberries (because that's what I was able to pick) and used a dash of allspice and ground nutmeg for a slightly spicey taste. Thanks for the help. I'm making the original recipe today. quote: Originally posted by Alee
