Posted - May 28 2012 : 06:31:31 AM I have a lot of sweet potatoes. I want to make mash sweet potatoes and can it. I am wondering if I have to use a pressure cooker canner or can I use a water bath? Thanks Deborah

Posted - May 28 2012 : 5:58:54 PM anything that is not scidic has to be pressure canned. Sweet potatoes fall into that category. Wonder if you could cut them into fries and freeze them? Sweet potato fries are yummy. You can buy them in the grocers frozen, so....maybe? |
