Does anyone have any experience making butter from Goat's milk? Any tips or advice? We are going to try to make some in the next few days and I thought I would start gathering info. :)

I make butter from cows milk. So can't help you a whole lot. I have found with my current cow, that shaking the cream in a jar works well and fairly fast. I do have a butter churn, but have had much better luck with the jar method. Having it room temp helps too.
