using your left over meat loaf in spaghetti sauce? I am trying it tonight because I made shrimp creole for dinner for my family and I am allergic to shell fish so I decided to make me a small pot of spaghetti. I hope it taste okay with the left over meat loaf in the sauce. Hum we will see.

Yes, but if your dogs are like my dogs, they eat unmentionable stuff!

Yeah, it totally depends what kind of tomato sauce you are putting the leftover meatleaf in as well as how the meatloaf is seasoned, if the seasonings won't blend together it will not turn out and taste awful! If the seasonings blend then obviously it will be, at the very worst, okay. I've only done that a few times and it's worked out fine but not as good as when you make a meat sauce from complete scratch :)

That actually sounds kind of yummy! We never have leftover meatloaf... And I'm a meatloaf sandwich junkie! :( How did it turn out, Dorinda? Was it any good?

I've done it many times with good results. I just crumbled the meatloaf really well before putting it in my tomato sauce.

I've tried it. Tastes a little like nuggets of meatballs. But I would never waste perfectly good meatloaf in spaghetti sauce if I could have a cold meatloaf sandwich!

I have tried it before, but there is nothing like a prepared meat sauce. It was good, and I did eat it. Enjoy!
