We're in maple syrup season here! Anybody have any good ideas for dinners to make that are easy to eat in the "sugar shack"? I'm thinking quick (because we have to empty all those buckets after work first), and not a lot of fuss. Thanks!!

I cook outside on those day, making use of all those hot coals. Outdoor dutch ovens, you can cook anything! Or steaks, and baked potatoes. I do all the prep for a recipe ahead of time, and then throw it all together and cook. Making use of the crock pot works too. But everything tastes better when cooked outside!
No tapping trees this year here. Our weather went from cold to 60's and 70's real fast. I had alot left over too.
