Has anyone else used a "ginger bug" to make soda? I posted about this on another thread and finally did it today. Have two gallons fermenting on my counter and 24 bottles to sterilize when it is ready.

Bought the Grolsch beer bottles on ebay and figured they would pay for themselves after a couple of batches.

Thanks for sharing this. I think I just might try this. I love my soda but I know it's really not very good for you but this seems like it might be. Let us know how it turns out and how it tastes! Did you do the blueberry like in the article?

Good boy Hobbs! I love and miss you.

I haven't tried it yet. Let us know if it's worth it, and if it as good.
